Data controller

TELECOM TRUST CONSULTING SLP (Tax ID B56448657) is the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at info@telecomtrustconsulting.com for any question about this policy. We do not have a Data Protection Officer, as one is not required for a company of our size.

What data we collect

We collect the personal data you provide directly: through the contact form (name, company, email and message), the WhatsApp contact request (phone number), and the blog newsletter sign-up (email address). We do not collect any other personal data beyond what you choose to share through these forms.

Other sources of data

In addition to the data you provide through this website, we may also process your business contact details (such as name, job title, company and email) when we meet you at industry events or trade fairs, or when you interact with us on LinkedIn. In these cases, the data is added to our CRM (HubSpot) on the basis of our legitimate interest in following up on a professional relationship you have initiated or accepted, and is treated with the same rights and safeguards described in this policy.

Purpose of processing

We use this data to respond to your enquiries and manage our commercial relationship, to contact you on WhatsApp when you request it, to follow up on professional contacts made at events, trade fairs or LinkedIn, and, if you subscribe, to send you periodic newsletters and commercial communications about our market analysis and services. We will only send you commercial communications if you have given your explicit consent to do so.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit a form; our legitimate interest in maintaining and following up on professional relationships established at events, trade fairs or LinkedIn; and, for commercial communications, on your explicit opt-in consent, which you may withdraw at any time by writing to info@telecomtrustconsulting.com.

Who we share your data with

We use the following processors to run this website and manage our commercial relationships: HubSpot (CRM, lead management), Microsoft 365 (email), Google (Google Analytics 4, website analytics), CookieYes (cookie consent management), and Meta/WhatsApp (WhatsApp Business, for the WhatsApp contact channel). We do not sell your data to third parties.

International transfers

Some of these providers (Google, Microsoft, HubSpot, Meta) may transfer data outside the European Economic Area, in particular to the United States. In these cases, the transfer is covered by adequate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an EU-recognised adequacy framework.

Retention period

We keep your data for as long as our commercial relationship or mutual interest continues. Contact and WhatsApp enquiries are kept for up to 24 months of inactivity. Newsletter subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe or, if inactive, is reviewed for deletion every 24 months. After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, as well as to object to its processing, request its portability or limit its use. You can exercise these rights by writing to info@telecomtrustconsulting.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including anti-spam and rate-limiting protections on our forms.

Minors

This website is aimed at business professionals and is not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
